branded product line is sold worldwide and proven to work and
pass testing. To support this claim of producing quality
designed and certified-crafted products,
KAYDOUR CABLES offers the following warranty plans
to meet your needs.
Warranty shall be limited upto One Year from Installation and
commissioning and Eighteen Months from the sale of goods.
Note: If and when a problem should arise with any of our
products sold, it is important that you understand
KAYDOUR CABLES will accept
returns of our product(s) for repair or replacement. To
determine whether or not our product meets your requirements, we
strongly recommend, prior to installation that you inspect and
test the product purchased. IF for any reason you do not return
the product (s) in question repair or replacement will not be
given.
This warranty shall not apply to any damage of
product or failure that is caused by conditions beyond
KAYDOUR CABLE's control,
including but not limited to; misuse, neglect, accidental
damage, improper installation or application, alteration, acts
of God, or normal wear and tear.
KAYDOUR CABLES shall not be
held liable for any costs associated with the removal or
re-installation at any time. KAYDOUR
CABLE's sole and exclusive obligation under this
warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the
defective item at KAYDOUR CABLE's
discretion on the condition that the product(s) in question are
returned.
In the event of any disputes all matters shall be solved as per
the Indian law and Jurisdiction.
